At our West End location, you will find a small home-like setting.Our staff have been helping our residents at this location for a while, and many employees have been with us since the beginning of Above& Beyond! Home-made pizza each week fills the home with the smell of fresh-baked dough, while the birds enjoy “people-watching” our residents through the windows of the sun porch! Catch a soap opera or watch the game on the big screen TV in the living room, or win some prizes playing BINGO in the dining room.
For those folks that are able to care for their own needs but are unable to care for the house or cook the meals, we offer a variety of independent living options.From apartments to shared rooms, we are able to work with people with varying budgets. Services in independent living include 2 meals delivered daily, pantry supplies to make your own breakfast, weekly cleaning & laundry, and the security of knowing that our staff will be checking on you daily.
We are a home-like, family run facility, who strives to provide high quality services to our residents. Our administrators, who are also registered nurses, interact with most residents almost daily. In the meantime, our compassionate staff provide 24 hour supervision to our personal care home residents.
Our room rates are reasonably priced, and we offer a variety of room types to meet the needs of your loved ones. Furthermore, room rates are all inclusive. With few exceptions (such as incontinence) we do not charge additional fees for different levels of care. Assistance with medications, laundry, help with bathing & dressing—everything is included.
All our meals are home-made on the premises, even the pizza! We offer a variety of activities, including weekly worship services, and (of course) bingo. Physicians, geriatricians, therapists and beauticians make house calls!
