Special Programs

Sometimes, seniors are not able to keep up with the burdens of home ownership and feel their only option is moving into a Personal Care Home. For those who are able to take care of themselves (but not their house) independent living may be an option. At Above & Beyond, we want to offer seniors several options to meet their personal needs within their financial budget.

Our rates are:

- Private apartment…….rates starting at $1295/month
- Private bedroom………rates starting at $895/month
- Semi-private room……rates starting at $795/month

We provide the following services without any additional costs.

Rates include the following services:
+ Two home-cooked meals delivered daily
+ Refrigerator & pantry stocked with the “basics” for breakfast and snacks
+ Weekly housekeeping services
+ Weekly laundry services (except dry cleaning)
+ Monthly rate includes heat, electricity, air conditioning, Cable, Hot water
+ Routine maintenance of common areas

Please understand: NO personal care services or medication administration services by Above and Beyond staff are included for residents in the independent living program.

Respite Care
Occasionally seniors need assistance for a few days or weeks. Maybe family caretakers are going away for vacation, maybe you just need some extra time to recover after a hospitalization. Either way, Above and Beyond can meet the needs of someone who requires help with getting up and moving again, assistance with personal care, or just the added benefit of having someone available on-site 24 hours a day. Respite care may be the right option for you.

Depending on room availability, we can offer short-term accommodations at modest daily rates starting at $100/day. (That’s less than most hotels charge just for the room!) Please call us to review which options would best meet your needs
